Our team was a recipient of the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund in Film & Media in 2022, which included press around the project, a grant of $25,000, and mentorship from Oscar award-winning editor Patrick Wright. We were also chosen as a staff pick by the Seed & Spark team, who highlighted our project on their website and instagram, helping us to raise over $16,000 in donations. We have also received over $8000 in grants from the Maryland Arts Council.
A private Belgian investor invested the final sum for us to be able to finish the film.
We were selected to pitch at Sunny Side of the Doc marketplace, Europe’s marketplace in 2023.
